The beautiful bathing lake and outdoor pool of Brixen are less than 1 km from the house. The main gondola of Brixen (400 m) takes you to the extensive ski area of ​​Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. The cross-country ski run is 350 m away.

The center of Brixen can be reached on foot. In summer you can go hiking and cycling. The riding school, golf courses and various outdoor sports organizations are nearby. The apartment in Huis Steiner is located on the 1st floor and has a new bathroom with shower, open kitchen with dishwasher and living room with comfortable lounge sofa (sofa bed), TV with sat TV  channels and DVD/blue ray player and a decorative fireplace.

There is a large (shared) enclosed garden with a terrace along the stream. You can use garden furniture, deck chairs and barbecue. Reserved parking spaces at the house and use of the Carport is reserved for apartment 2

- For cancellation up to and including the 43rd day before the agreed arrival: 10% of the travel sum.

- In case of cancellation from 42 to 29 days before arrival: 40% of the travel sum.

- In case of cancellation from 28 to the last day before the agreed rental period, 90% of the travel sum.

- the full price will be charged for later cancellation or non-appearance.
